POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
All cancellations must be communicated to Golah Charter by e-mail to golahconil@gmail.com, indicating the corresponding reservation number.
The client is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, except for the cancellation costs of the booking, which represent 10% of the value (up to a maximum of €5 per person), provided that notice of cancellation is given up to 2 days before the activity is due to take place.
In the event that the client communicates the cancellation between 2 days and 24 hours prior to the activity, he/she will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount paid for the activity booked.
In the event that the client communicates the cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity, no refund or reimbursement of the amounts paid for the activity booked will be made.
The ‘GIFT CARDS’ are non-refundable. Once you have used the ‘Gift Code’ to make a route booking, if cancelled up to 2 days before the activity is due to take place, you will be provided with a new ‘Gift Code’ to be redeemed within the current year.
If the ‘Gift Card’ is cancelled within 2 days prior to the activity, no refund will be made and no new ‘Gift Code’ will be provided, losing any right to claim or to carry out the activity.
The right to any refund or reimbursement shall also be forfeited in the following cases:
- Uncomfortable or inappropriate behaviour towards the rest of the users in the activity, forcing those responsible to act with the corresponding authority.
- Failure to show up at the agreed time at the agreed place for the activity.
- Voluntary abandonment, once the activity has started.
CANCELLATION BY CHARTER GOLAH COMPANY
The company Charter Golah undertakes to carry out the entire contracted service, with the characteristics and conditions stipulated in each route.
In the event that the company is obliged to significantly modify any essential element of the activity, it will contact the person who made the reservation through the channels indicated by Charter Golah.
In the event that the company is forced to cancel the route before the departure date, for any reason beyond the client's control, the client will be entitled to a full refund (100%) of all amounts paid for the cancelled activity, within a maximum period of 10 working days.
The ‘GIFT CARDS’ are non-refundable. Once you have used the ‘Gift Code’ to make a route booking, if Golah Charter is forced to cancel the activity, you will be provided with a new ‘Gift Code’ to be redeemed, within the current year, by email (or by telephone if indicated on the booking) as soon as possible.
If the activity booked does not meet the minimum capacity of 5 people, Charter Golah may opt for operational cancellation, notifying the client within 24 hours prior to the activity booked, offering him/her:
- An alternative route.
- A full refund (100%) of all amounts paid for the cancelled activity, within a maximum period of 10 days.
CANCELLATION OF THE ACTIVITY DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
In order to guarantee safety and to avoid danger to the physical integrity of the clients or the boat, Charter Golah reserves the right to cancel the booked activity in the following cases:
- Warnings for heavy rain or wind in the area, at the time of the booked activity.
- Possibility of fog, in the time frame in which the booked activity will take place.
In these cases of cancellation, the company Charter Golah will refund the client in full (100%) of all the amounts paid for the cancelled activity, within a maximum period of 10 working days.
RECOMMENDATIONS / OBSERVATIONS
- It is recommended to be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of the booked activity.
- Carry identity papers.
- Do not forget sunscreen.
- Pets are not allowed on board.
- -Departures according to weather conditions.
